Trying to lose those extra kilos? Here is some advice that might get you started, it helped me.
Get out of bed an hour earlier. Take a brisk walk or do a few yoga moves inside if to cold out.

Weigh yourself.

Clean out the pantry and start from scratch, think healthy. Buy new containers and name all.

Clean out the fridge, also think heathy.

Lighten up the kitchen and put refreshing smells around, citrus or lavender, vanilla or apple scents.

Buy yourself a fresh bunch of flowers at least once a week.

I have found that I feel much better in myself and I feel refreshed after changing a few things around.

But, like the words I said to myself many times
Now it seems have the effect, but not obvious
It's very difficult to lose weight,but i believe i can do
Now: 175cm,82kg
There is still a long way

What a fantastic idea - changing everything around with fresh aromas. Brilliant!

I love the idea of naming and labeling everything in the fridge .. I'm going to do that :)
