Hi there, I am thinking of joining weight watchers and its something I have never considered before. I like to think I have all the tools to lose weight on my own. I know a lot about nurition and I also have a gym membership and exercise quite often. I just feel like I need more support and motivation. Does anyone out their have any advice? does it work? how much it costs, is it worthwhile?
thanks

Hi there, im on weight watchers and have been for almost a year. Iv lost almost 24kg so far. If you in aus you have two options online for $30 a month or unlimited which is meetings and etools for $60 a month. or meetings are about $20 each. I think at the moment there is a two week trial floating around somewhere for etools. Good luck
