Don't eat as many calories as you expend.
Muscle burns calories just sitting idle, so add muscle.
Crash diets cause loss of muscle as well as fat, making it more difficult to loose fat the 2nd, 3rd, 4th time around.
Face it: Exercise and diet are the only ways. Don't blame genetics, bone structure, metabolism, etc. The blame game is an excuse to do what you want to do anyway - EAT.
If you're serious, add muscle, reduce caloric intake. You can spend a fortune on false promises and the only thing that will get slimmer is your wallet.
