So Ive been reading up on everyones stories on here and they have given me motivation to start my weight loss (again).
I have tried many times at loosing weight and seem to always fail.
My biggest problem is preparing meals!! I'm not the best in the kitchen and find I dont follow recipes too well which leads to me getting take away alot.
Just wondering if anyone can share some healthy quick and easy recipes with me? Breakfast, lunch & dinner..
