Shedding unwanted weight, from the most basic feeling, relates to very simple arithmetic. You really must eat less calories than just you reduce. And in addition the obvious way to begin putting together this caloric deficit is a combination of diet and exercise. But you already learned that. Let’s get through to the meal plan. . .I can possibly add the meal plan up in 6 straight forward words: Eat small well balanced frequent meals. If you want more specific on this. Ok, let's begin.Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks each day. And if you want, you may add a 3rd snack. Gap every meal or snack about 3 hours from a last meal or snack.

that's great advice! How about helping us with what types of foods to incorporate into the meals and snacks? Should protein be eaten with every meal? Are carbs late at night going to turn into fat? How does one know how many calories to eat for weight loss? :D

Weight Loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise, I think you may need to find a new doctor Alexandre :(
