Green Tea?

Postby MissE » Wed Nov 15, 2006 1:13 pm

Does anyone drink green tea regularly? Has it had an affect on your weightloss?
I love hot drinks and I frequestly drink green tea and i seem to remember being told it was good for weightloss.
I figure its got to be better for me than normal tea, and i like it so I'll switch for the time being and see how i go..

Ally, I'm not a huge fan of the plain green tea, but Liptons do a range of flavoured gren tea that are yum! they have lemon, mint, mixed berry, honey and orange, passionfruit and jasmine!
They are good too, coz you can grab them in little 10 packs to try and you dont waste money if you dont like them :D
I like the mint!

I dont like green tea very much. I used to drink it in the mornings and couldnt figure out why I would feel a bit sick in the tum a bit later on until I figured it was the green tea! So I gave up on that idea. If you drink black tea black then you will cope fine with the green tea. I've heard its good for weightloss but didnt see any effect of that when I drank it a year or so ago! If I had then I think I would have kept on it.
