High Protein Diet

I'm curious is anyone here on a high protein diet? How has it helped you with weight loss and controlling your appetite? Any info on high protein diets will be much appreciated.
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos
Goal #1: 92 kilos

i read some reviews about dukan diet, i thinks that about high protein diet (i'm little forget) but when i read review that say too much protein are bad for your health

I know little about that diet, I've heard of it but know not enough to base my opinion on it. I think on average I'm on 80-100 grams of protein? I feel fantastic on it.

Hello,

High-protein diets have become a popular way to lose weight because protein is able to satisfy hunger better than either fats or carbohydrates. There are no dangers associated with higher intakes of protein - unless you have kidney disease.To get the potential weight loss benefit, experts advise aiming for around 120 grams of protein a day. If you want to increase your protein intake, do it slowly over the course of a week.

To be on the safe side, check with your doctor before adding large amounts of protein to your diet.
