I been eating healthy and in the gym for 7 months now. I have lost nearly 20kg and weigh 76kg (I am 5 foot 8 in tall, still (bmi overweight though btw)). Problem is I cant seem to loose that final bit of flab around my lower abs, it just sits around my waist.
I train hard 5-6 days a week, running 5k every day, longer at weekends, plus bike, eliptical etc, average calorie burn is 1000 per session. And last couple months been doing hi rep but low KG weights.
I realise I am putting on muscle (cant see it though lol) and understand it weighs more that fat, but seems I been stuck for last 3 months. Just wanted to know if anybody else has been in the same place and how long it took before if finally came off?
The first 20kg just fell off, my nutrition is the same btw, maybe perhaps I eat more protein and nut products now but nut much.
Any advice would be really helpful.
