censored PROGRAM

Hi,

I'm going to be starting the censored Program tomorrow, and I just want to hear from some other members that have done the program or know of someone. I just want to know how you found it and some tips.

I have about 23KG to lose (alot I know, it's pretty embarassing), but I am soo determined to do.

So any help or anything would be greatly appreciated.

Got my censored pack on Monday, and have started it today. Going good so far on just protein. Have plenty of variety on hand so I don't go hungry or get bored with the same food. Hold it goes well for the first 3 days...

Hope it goes well though the weight 23kgs seems alot to lose i guess its possible. Keep us updated!

Few month ago i was on my weight loss program. I have found diet chart and exercise program from internet and was very helpful. While working on weight loss program there are few things that are very essential like, controlling eating habits, don't miss or leave program in the middle, Exercise daily with a chart(Excessive exercise can cause problem), Drink water in excess, get a trainer.

Got through the carb-detox phase, it was fine, though I felt a little slow yesterday, a bit low on energy. But I was surprised I got through it with little problem as I had heard the 3 day detox was very tough. Will see how my first proper week goes...

Be careful. My friend was on day 4 of the Censored and ended up in hospital with kidney problems from too much protein and not enough water.

Hello,

I have some suggestions that can help you in your Censored program...

1) Try to eat every 3-4 hours so that you never get so hungry that you’re tempted to overeat at mealtime. Have breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as a mid-morning, mid-afternoon, and post-dinner snack. Don’t skip breakfast or any meal for that matter. Use a salad plate instead of a dinner plate.
2) Eat slowly. This one is one of the hardest and easiest things to do. It’s hard because the pace of our eating reflects the pace of everything around us, which is fast, fast, fast! So you must make a conscious effort at each meal to do this.
3) For snacks have fruit, low calorie popcorn, or nuts (1 handful). Prepare these ahead of time so they are easy to grab. Keep junk food out of the house and you’ll be less likely to eat it.
4) “100% Whole Grains.” Look for this exact phrase on cereals, crackers, bread, etc., but also check the nutrition labels.Try to get 25-30 grams of fiber per day.
5) If you are trying to lose weight, it’s ok to feel a little hungry, such as if you stay up late at night. If you’re feeling very hungry have some fruit and/or nuts.

i did censored for 4 months and lost 25kgs. i have maintained since. i still have 20kgs to go. its stopped working after 25kgs, so i am now on lite n easy. its a good program
