Baked Fish with carrot and leek puree - from the "You are what you eat" cookbook, very yummy and very healthy! :D

Last night it was warm chicken salad from the same book - also very yummy and very healthy!

And tomorrow the kids have chosen Steamed Apple Chicken (as above, same book, same yumminess!) :D

steak eye fillets with cauli, broccoli, carrots and beans :)

mick and heidi are having ingham teriyaki medallions with veg :)

lean fillet steak as beef parmigiana, with allowed low-carb, low-fat sauce and small amount of low-fat cheese, served with stir-fried onions and mushroom and steamed brocoli green beans and carrot.
A few fresh strawberries for sweets.

I can't decide... I have three options at the moment: Sanitarium vege sausages (chicken style apparently, never tried them before) OR Tofu steak OR Stuffed capsicums that I made last night (posted recipe in the recipes section lol). Served with steamed veggies as per usual...

i had chicken and salad wrapped in a tortillas with a tiny bit of spicy red sauce on them :)

Check that daughter got home from camp later than expected and so we had subway...I had a teriakyi chicken 6" sub on wheat bread.

Great ideas guys!! I ended up with chicken and stirfry veg, I made a nice herby crust for the chicken so it was pretty nice, I was at work tonight so Im limited on what tastes nice reheated, but , I definately will be giving some of your yum ideas a go tomorrow!!!!!!! Im over cooking at the mo

No sour cream is not naughty if you get the light one....same deal as everything else...all in moderation 1-2tbs is plenty!!! :P

i lurve sour cream! i never used to as a kid because i was a fussy eater and still am to a certain extent but i can have sour cream on nearly everything....mmmmmm

Man u guys are good lol . I never plan what to eat for dinner lol i know which is naughty but have been going low fat option all week YAY . Last night was chicken satay sticks( 2small ones ) with salad . yummo
