Hello Everyone,
I am a new member at this website wish to get wonderful ideas & start my journey.

Hoping to get a positive genuine answer from expert & wonderful people here.
I want to loose 10kgs in 4months. I am 28 & want to reach at my normal weight 54kgs for a female height 5'3'. I have put on 10kgs due to my stupid eating habits & stationery habits.
Is it possible by doing Cardio (just to mention I like treadmill) for an hour 2times a day & having good diet can I dream of achieving this goal by 31st December.
Please give any recommendations & guidance on exercise, Cardio, vegetarian diet & yoga or any weight loss related helpful tips

Jut had bad pasta.
But Truly Promising I am starting my journey from tomorrow making my habit to eat good & start with yoga.

My one piece of advice is you may be setting yourself up for failure. It seems like an hour twice a day is a little too much. If you keep it up great but I would recommended doing it only once a day. Also just really watch your portions. Remember 5-6 meals a day. Lots of water and I believe you could easily achieve your goal. Eat lots of green veggies.

Thats really nice you have decided to loose your extra pounds. Actually I was also very fatty from the past two year, tried everything on me. Finally I got the solution hypnotist weight loss its really works dear. You should try, I think this is the simple, easy and most effective way to loose weight and to get rid from any bad habits, you must try.

diva28 all diets plans are good whether natural or artificial are good..disregard "fad diets"..

Just remember what diet plans you have choose before you will acquire it,firstly visit a doctor seek for any advice if that diets is good or bad....if it is bad you could ask some diets plans that the doctor could recommend to you.

Yah you're right because now a days there's a Lot of diets plans that are out today claims that they are effective but we don't know it also have some side effects that will cause to another problem...to avoid to such thing it needs to visit to a doctor for consultation..

Hi there,

I am also on a Weigh Loss Journey and the thing that I have found to be the best for trying to lose weight is to actually build muscle.

Muscle burns more calories then fat. When you do cardio workouts you are working on your heart, lungs etc, so you will become fitter but in turn not always lose weight or as much as you want.

When doing cardio as soon as you stop on that treadmill you stop buring calories.

When doing weights training you are buring calories for up to 4 hours after you stop your workout as your muscles are in repair mode.

But in saying this Mucsle also weighs more then fat. Fat is a soft tissue and doesn't actually weigh all that much. Where as Muscle is hard tissie and the more you work them the harder they get.

I have been working out for 5 weeks now non stop, I do 3 gym classes a week all for toning and muscle build and 6 gym workouts. I do 2 lower body workouts 2 upper body workouts and 2 cardio workouts doing ab and fitball exercises with each one.

My weight has not gone down a whole (like a few kilos) But I am visibly skinnier, toner, and healthier looking.

At first it takes time to come to terms that when weight training you will still be a similar weight but you wont have the fat anymore.

Muscles burn more calories as fat. Once you get down to a deirable size if you keep maintaning and working on your muscles you will find it a lot harder to excess fat back on.

How have you gone since September? I would recommend you focus on your daily food intake, by following a meal plan. You're doing plenty of cardio, so it comes down to what you are eating. Quality and quantity.......good foods in the right amounts. You still have 4 weeks left, go hard!

Hi. I'm also new here. I'm still having a tour of the site and getting some tips on what would really work for me. As of now, I have my own program of which I think works for me. But reading posts from other people, helps me more. :)
