Hi Morgan,
As they say with the weightloss journey, the most important step is getting back on the horse! I have also just started a new routine, and am proud of myself, not for continuously falling down, but for continuously getting back up, dusting myself off, and having another go. I think that determination is the most important key to this battle. :D Good on you.

Well done for getting back into it Morgan. I'm glad you are recovered from your car accident. What an emotional time it would have been for you. I can certainly understand why you haven't been on here. You have to be in the right frame of mind for weight loss that is for sure. Good luck with it all.

Keep Smiling!!!

thanks everyone,
I will definately keep you all updated!!!

Just found out our landlord may be selling our house and we may have to move - hopefully not coz I hate moving.

Lets just hope this doesn't affect my enthusiasm for losing weight!!!
