I'm so upset....

Postby MissE » Mon Nov 20, 2006 7:35 pm

I just had a beautiful salad. lettuce, cucumber, carrot, celery, fat free sundried tomatoes, light cheese, olives, grilled chicken and 99% fat free kraft ranch dressing... yum yum yum... i went to look at how many points were in that yummy yummy dressing after id pigged out....

..... and i accidentally bought the full fat version    I just ate about 20g of fat... its only 1 point a tablespoon, coz its low sat fat, but total fat is over 30%!!!

If i gave in and splurged, I'd have noone to blame but myself, but this was a pure accident. they were right net to eachother and i just grabbed the wrong bottle...

im so upset :(:(:(

Don't be too upset Elyn as you said yourself it was only one point...out of a possible how many for the day?? It was a genuine mistake and it shouldn't affect your weight.

Aww Elyn that sucks but I agree with the others, it shouldn't be too bad. That ranch dressing is yummy though that's for sure.

Oh no - how annoying! I have done that before myself, with cranberry juice though. I normally drink the light (no added sugar) version - I was at my parents' place and my mum had a bottle of each in the fridge, one normal and one light. I accidentally picked up the wrong one and drank a big glass  Over 500kJ, as opposed to like 80kJ or something. Not happy Jan  I was kicking myself for at least the next hour lol.

I'm sure it wouldn't have harmed your weight loss too much. Just annoying!
