Hello everyone

Welcome all the new guys. I've been a bit busy so have not been here for a while. I thought I would let you know how I was doing. It has been 6 weeks now and I have lost 8.2kgs, I am soooooooooooooooo excited. I have had to buy a few new clothes cause I look like a bag lady in my big clothes. Everyone has now started to notice the change and I am so pleased.

Heaven knows how we are all to survive Christmas!!!!!! I will have to be very disciplined as I love Christmas and all the food and chocolate, and cake, mince pies, .................................okay enough of that, let me just wipe my drooling mouth!!!!

Yes we can do it - WE REALLY CAN.

One day at a time people - one day at a time.

Thanks for the encouragement, everyone.

I am on SureSlim. I am walking the dog 5 days a week for about 20 minutes. The walking is good I feel. I follow the Sure Slim regime to the letter, so I think that is why the results have been so good.

I love this new body - I remember her from long ago. Looking forward to getting my original body back!!!

That is just fab Chrissy. You should be so proud of yourself. You should go for a walk and carry something that weighs abou the same as what you have just lost and then you can see how much easier it has become. Pinch someone's baby that is a couple of months old if you can!!! Or you could carry Elly. She weighs about 8kgs I think. Mind you she would wriggle and carry on and try and lick your face etc!

Keep Smiling!!!

What an acheivement! Yes, one day a time,... we are like a bunch of alcoholics with food. We just have to get through today, tomorrow will take care of itself.
Congratulations, 8kgs is massive.

Hehehe.... just got a flashback to that Jenny Craig ad where Kirsty Ally is chasing around that little preschooler trying to pick him up so she can see how much weight she's lost

it's good when the clothes start hanging off you....and then a real pain when you have to go buy more....only to find a few weeks later you have to get rid of them

That's ok though - well done on your fantastic loss!!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
