Yummy healthy options!

I know quite often I lament the fact that all my favorite things are completely unhealthy.

This can't be true, so I figured perhaps we could list healthy treats.

So far I came up with:
- watermelon, or any melon
-fresh juice
-banana up and gos , I love milk drinks especially banana flavoured
- frozen low fat yoghurt or sorbet (instead of ice-cream)

What else can we think of?

My favourite healthy snack (around the 3-4pm craving time) is currently a toasted wholegrain English muffin, spread with avocado and topped with a little cheese. The muffin itself has about 150 calories and although the avocado is quite high in fat, it's the good monounsaturated kind. Great for keeping your skin and hair healthy!I don't put much cheese on, so I'm estimating that the entire snack is about 200 calories.

I also like to snack on sugar free jelly, it's a nice, sweet hit with less than 10 calories per serve. I'm a bit of a coffee fan too, so a skinny latte often tides me over between meals, and only contains about 100 calories. I don't drink more than 2 per day though.

I'll have a couple SAOs with tomato on them or even just vegemite.
or Cut up a carrot or celery and have some low fat tzatziki dip.
or just a piece of fruit.

I like to go for the first two as it gets in a serve of veg. :D
