My favourite healthy snack (around the 3-4pm craving time) is currently a toasted wholegrain English muffin, spread with avocado and topped with a little cheese. The muffin itself has about 150 calories and although the avocado is quite high in fat, it's the good monounsaturated kind. Great for keeping your skin and hair healthy!I don't put much cheese on, so I'm estimating that the entire snack is about 200 calories.
I also like to snack on sugar free jelly, it's a nice, sweet hit with less than 10 calories per serve. I'm a bit of a coffee fan too, so a skinny latte often tides me over between meals, and only contains about 100 calories. I don't drink more than 2 per day though.
