Miss viva- I don't think I could survive without my horse, she is my sanity after all day with my 2 boys LOL. Have recently switched from dressage to endurance riding (big change) but it is great for the fitness, we are training for an 80km ride, lots and lots of trotting good for the stomach muscles. Great effort on you swimming calories.
Sugarandspice - Your doing plenty for someone who has just started, housework burns plenty of cals, especially scrubbing floors, and fans.
