Do we need to monitor our weight?

It's probably a slippery slope for teenagers to get so caught up with weight and all that.
I'd recommend eating as natural as possible and finding a sport or an exercise that you like and doing that rather than going to a gym as such.
But on saying all that you don't want to deprive yourself of all fun. Being healthy isn't about what you do a little bit of the time (occasional junk food .. lazy days) but what you do MOST of the time. Teenage years should be when your metabolism is firing and you can get away with a bit more crap and all that!
