I'm 16 years old and have been struggling with body issues for a long time now. I put alot of weight on when I started working at McDonald's and have been struggling to lose it. I want to lose 6kgs.
I admit tht weightloss had become an obsession and it consumed my whole life!
I ended up resorting to alot of stupid things, I've tried all sorts of pills which really messed my body up and Ive been really sick aswell as all sorts of diets. I've even done calorie counting.
I didn't realize how bad my obsession got until my mum wanted to send me to a psychologist.
Im sick of obsessing and being upset over my body issues, so I joined this forum to talk to people who can understand and assist me to be healthy. I'm clearing out all the clutter and paranoia from my mind.
I want to change back into having a healthy lifestyle and hopefully weightloss will come with that.
So please, any tips that anyone has to help with a healthy lifestyle will be greatly appreciated!
