I tend to have a bad habit to over eat at the end of the day.
It drives me crazy because I will go so well all day and them ruin it.
It doesn't happen all the time as usually I eat healthy stuff even when this happens.
But it usually only occurs if I've had a very busy day and have gone hours without eating for example ill go from school straight to the gym and not get home until 8pm.
That means i go from 1pm till 8pm without eating.
could that have something to do with it happening.
If so I could prevent it by being organized and packing more snacks.
Or could it just be a lack of self controll and something I need to work on?
