Anything and everything concerning weight loss.
I tend to have a bad habit to over eat at the end of the day.
It drives me crazy because I will go so well all day and them ruin it.
It doesn't happen all the time as usually I eat healthy stuff even when this happens.
But it usually only occurs if I've had a very busy day and have gone hours without eating for example ill go from school straight to the gym and not get home until 8pm.
That means i go from 1pm till 8pm without eating.
could that have something to do with it happening.
If so I could prevent it by being organized and packing more snacks.
Or could it just be a lack of self controll and something I need to work on?

Skipping meals would be a great deal of the reason that it is happening .. it's like your body overcompensates for missing a meal.
So as you said yourself, be more organised and have a healthy snack before hitting the gym and it should keep your metabolism going and hopefully not prone to bingeing later.
There is a bit of self control to be had too though. Even if it is healthy stuff you're eating then perhaps you could just grab what you 'need' and put the rest away .. make it a bit harder for you to go back for more. i dunno .. it works for me lol
