So I took a step backwards this week with my weight loss this week but
I have a feeling it has something to do with going out drinking on the weekend.
Lesson learnt I guess and I'll just have to pick up my game this week and get back on track!

Alcohol is really bad for weight loss it contains a lot of carbs. Just try to avoid it at least for some time while trying to lose weight :)
