Ive been going so great with my healthy lifestyle but lately I've een craving junk food alot and struggling to keep it in correct portion sizes. I've been hungry alot and feelin lathargic so I think I'm pmsing.
How much weight is normal to put on during this time and how can I reduce the food cravings?
I'm meant to get my period next week but my cycle has been all over the place over the past year so I'm a tad confused!
Any advice or information would be really helpful:)

How much u put on really depends on the person, I known crave junk food badly when I have pms, the weight usually fluctuates because the buil up of fluids etc and should correct itself after the period ends :) oh the joys huh? Lol

Well I'm currently pmsing and when I weighed myself this morning I put on a kilo. So hopefully it goes away after my period is over.
Gotta love being a girl :roll: ahah
