I've moved house and the only way I've been able to go to gym is due to the fact my work is located in the same complex.
I'm now being transferred to work which is closer to home, unfortunately this means I have no way of getting to the gym. The closest one to me is a 5km walk, which I would be happy to walk, but I generally work out in the mornings and don't believe I'd get to work on time.
My question is, if I were to do my work outs at home, would I still get the same results as I would going to the gym?
I believe most work out DVDs are cardio and I generally do circuit weight training at Contours.
Suggestions would be great, thank you!
