I was having problems with weight loss after having my babies, so i went to my doctor to see what i could do, he then gave me this advise:
For 2 nights a week i was to only have red mead and veg or salad
the other 2 nights was fish with veg or salad
and the last three nights was veg only or salad.
for the rest of the day was;
yogurt , fruit, oats for breakfast or fruit with yogurt basically eating as healthy as i could.
this really did work for me with minimal excerise in 2 months i lost 8 kgs and it continued to drop off, I was 95kg now im 70 and happier then ever.
before doing this i had tried everything from supplements to weightloss programs but this work for me.
holefully it will give you the same results.
