Just wanted to say you need to be mindful not to eat too few calories. I have been having that sort of problem for the last couple of months where I have been afraid to eat too much - believing that if I eat less calories, I will loose more weight but that hasn't been the case. I have been told the body thinks you are going into starvation mode and it actually holds onto fat to protect itself. It is important to eat your full compliment of calories if you can so that you're body feels like it is receiving the right amount of nutrition.
