Judy, that's hilarious. I'd love to see anyone try to eat 80 buns. There should be some standard error responses when people put in the impossible, like "WTF!?! 80 buns? Are you insane???"

I was going to ask you all about this last week....I was eating 1200-1300 cal per day and not really losing any weight. I was exercising and I thought, doing all the right things. I asked a diettician and they said I should aim for about 1500 - 1600 per day for weight loss otherwise my body will go into starvation mode as you all talked about can and will lose weight at 1200, but I have lost more in 1 week on 1500 (2kgs) than I did in 4 weeks on 1200 where I only lost 1.6 in 4 weeks.....very weird bodies we have but it shows that healthy eating and moderate exercise is the best way to go....I don't count calories but I use the WW points system to guide my eating habits...on about 24 or 25 points at the moment which I worked out to be about 1500cal...and I write down every single thing that goes in my mouth, and that way if you don't lose you can look back and work out where you went wrong..I also record all exercise and water..

Yep us bodies are all different. I also think if you are exercising you need that bit extra anyway and will still be in a deficit. With calorie counting there is a lot of trial and error until you find what works well for your body. That's why there is no one size fits all plan.
