What are the weight loss supplements that will help me to reduce the weight.
I want to try Weight Loss Supplements. Is there any side-effects of those?

Most weight loss supplements do no better than placebos in clinical tests.

Anything that upsets a normal balance diet will do long term harm in the end.

The best benefit I can suggest for them is to buy two 1 kilo containers of them and use them as hand weights in vigorous exercise.

Not true!

Some herbal weight-loss drugs can cause cancer and organ failure.

For example, one chemical found in some herbal weight-loss medicines, Aristolochic acid, is a major cause of bladder cancer. It's one of the oldest herbal medicines and is used in a number of diet products including pills and powders. The chemical is found in the Aristolochiaceae family of plants, including Wild Ginger and Birthwort. These plants has been used across the world for thousands of years, so an untold number of deaths from cancer and organ failure have occurred due to their use.

In recent years hundreds of people taking herbal weight-loss pills have suffered kidney failure directly due to the chemical component. Even stopping taking of the pills didn't help, as kidney failure occurred in a number of people up to a year later. The cancers caused will take some years, even decades to appear, but they will.

Scientists are researching why the chemical does so much damage to the human body, and now think it switches off the ability of cells to stop cancers from growing. Health organisations around the world are restricting or banning the use of these plants and their extracts.

"Natural" and "herbal" does not always mean "healthy".
Striving to improve in every way possible.
