Please don't feel like you are alone. Everyone who reads your posts are all in the same boat and can understand how you feel.
Pick yourself up and don't beat yourself up over any slip ups. We all have our bad days/weeks the thing is to move forward and not dwell on the past.
Have a plan for this week on what you will change. If you write down what foods you are eating then you can implement some changes.
We have a food diary section so if you want at the end of each day write down what you have had to eat.
Set yourself an exercise goal, post it on the forum and once you have done it tell us all about it.
Look forward to reading your progress.
