Steps To The Good Diet

We all suffer from the form
who has some excess weight and would like to get rid of it, he has to wake up
early, and decided to start a diet from today, what should he do?
eats a little at breakfast or nothing, and the same thing applyed to dinner
meal, what could be the result ?
he's going to feel hungry through the day and consume a big quantity of
calories by the end of the day ,,thus,he remains in a vicious circle .
while those who got success in losing weight , they could really break that routine

steps to the good diet

Decreasing the weight, as any other Man's purpose that must be reached by
providing multiple things that are general.
The good planning+The will+The patience and Persistence
So:
Losing weight provides a fundamental change in life style
including that, the diet and nutrition, exercises, behaviour amelioration, and
(in the appropriate cases) use of medicines
Rule: losing weight = making efforts

First thing in the morning a 2 mile walk (30 minutes)
Never skip breakfast oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins is good
for lunch make yourself a chef's salad with the dressing on the side, dip your fork in the dressing before you take a bite
for dinner use a salad plate (no second's) and always try to leave something on your plate when your finished.
Works for me. :)

Breakfast is the meal I struggle with - do you mind telling me what you have for breakfast please?
