I started twice a day two weeks ago. Ive been losing weight for 13 months now with exercise 6 days a week minimum, but now that Im 35.5 kgs down and 14.5 kgs away from my goal, its getting harder to shift. So...I decided to shake the body up a bit with a morning session. Im finding its immediately working, but what I am also finding is I am also hungier than ever!!!! Make sure you adjust your eating accordingly, you dont want to starve yourself, but at the same time, dont want to undo the benefits of that additional 45 mins of cardio a day either. I use the stepper for 1 hr, level 13, and in two weeks, the strength in my legs is increasingly, i can feel the muscles! Legs for me, are the key to great weight loss.
