Okay so im looking for advice on goal weights.
I got to “goal” in November last year. It was a struggle to get down to 75kg I then managed to get down to 71kg then bounced back up. Iv been sitting between 71-75kg for almost a year now and seam to have no problem staying at or just below 74kg.
Iv been really trying for the last 3 months to shake a extra 6kg. Its all from my legs and a little from my tummy. But its not happening. Iv tried everything myself and my PT can think of besides going on some crazy fad which I don’t want to do.
Is this it? Is this my body telling me its happy? I wear a size 10- 12 im 169cm. My health is great my Dr is more then happy with it. All my numbers fall in the right ranges and my waist in under what it needs to be. My body fat is 30% (most of which is my legs) and I know this is a little high. My Dr says that doesn’t concern him.
My real problem is I cant let go of 68kg as a goal weight. I would love to be tiny size 6-8 and super toned but I just don’t know if I have the right shape for it.
Any advice? Should I call this goal and work on living a healthy life?
