Natural appetite suppressants

Postby summer_is_coming » Sat Sep 08, 2012 7:30 pm

Hey homies
Has anyone had experience with natural appetite suppressants or supplements?
I get agitated when I'm hungry, and it seems like the more I train the hungrier I seem to get , making it difficult to stick to the calorie limit. I mean I know it's not supposed to be easy but I don't like to get all moody on everyone just cause I'm dieting
Any advice appreciated xx

Hi Summeriscoming! I'm into AcaiSlim right now. And yes, it's appetite suppressant. Been with the pill for almost a year already and so far, it didn't give me any side effects. I've lost a total of 34.6 kg. I still find time to walk or jog at times, of course. But what I like most about it is that I don't starve myself! I still eat what I want and any time I want to.

yes there are suppressants out there but a very interesting fact that i found out over the years is that when it comes to your hunger pains you know the ones that don't stop when until you eat something most people mistake them for being hungry but what they relay are is your natural belly acid. first it eats & digests all the food you've just eaten and then once its finished all the food it eats your fat its naturally burning your fat when you don't feed it more food when you look at it that way its easy to understand why people put on weight when you think about when people are feeding there hunger rather then letting the belly acids do there job.
