Just wondering if anyone can clear this up for me- When calculating your daily energy needs on the daily energy needs calculator, do you give your current weight or your ideal weight? I have given my current weight.
Also: I was calculated at needing about 3000 calories daily which included daily exercise. From the 3000 calories figure should I be dropping the calorie intake by say 500 calories for effective weight loss, or just not exceeding the 3000 calories?
Hope someone can help, I'm just a little unsure if I'm doing correctly.
