Hi Kate,

I'm making a point of not keeping any of the clothes I grow out of now....cos I never want to go back to that weight ever again. If I ever put kg's back on and my clothes start to get a bit tight...I'll just use that as an indicator to do some more exercise or even jump back on the shakes for a few weeks. I definitely don't want to be 'fat' ever again 'cos I hate how I feel about myself when I'm heavier.

You'll have to wait until Monday for my weigh-in though Kate, sorry!

'Enjoy the fitball' ....... hmmm, it's been a while since I've used one, so I'll have to try not to fall off the bloody thing! hee hee.

Thanks Kate, you really help keep me on track xx

Good idea with the clothes Hayley. I am doing the same thing, I haven't kept my bigger clothes as I don't want to ever get back into them.

Hayley that is great news...it is wonderful to be able to fit into clothes previously too tight isnt it??? Well done to you mate!!

Kate, I understand your fear, but face it head on and tell yourself that you will not go back to being big again....keep one or two of your "fat clothes" to remind you how far you have come and get rid of the rest!! This is also the added incentive on not putting the weight back on for that reason...the expense of buying bigger clothes again!! You can do it mate...you have discovered healthy eating this time around which is something that will stay with you for life, not a quick-fix diet!!!

I have never been able to throw out my "fat clothes". For whatever reason, I keep them all "just in case"! Bad :x Might be time for a cleanout of the wardrobe

I kept a pair of my biggest pants to remind me. Actually one of the ladies at work asked me to bring them in and I did. People were amazed...including me! Can't believe my bum was that big! :D

Hi guys,

Just a quick message to let you know that I'm not on TF until Boxing Day...we've had too many lunches and dinners out and the lead-up to Christmas is too hard for me to stay on track. Don't want to let you guys down, but need to be honest with myself and thinking about my diet is not on the top of my priorities (although it probably should be! ).

Will be flat out this week and weekend, catching up with friends who are visiting from up north WA, so I will be absent from this site until 27th December.

Good luck with your weightloss and have a wonderful Christmas everyone!

Hi hayley thats ok mate. things come up this time of year that we need to get through and seeing the scales is one thing you dont want the stress of at the moment. plus why pay for the soups na shakes if you are just going to be eating things that are on the 'not to eat' list? seems pointless to me! have a great week or so, hope connor enjoys his christmas day! take care of yourself! we love ya and you would never let us down!

Merry Christmas Hayley and I agree this time of year is very difficult. Have a great time with your family and worry about getting back on track later.
