I was a real crackers and dip kinda girl which wasn't doing me any favours!! One of my fave now is baby cos lettuce leaves and fill with your choice of filling - sometimes I do avacado, lime & pepper, sometimes I'll add a bit of protein - chicken or tuna, you can make it like a taco and that's how I eat them too!! Delicious, easy to make and healthy choice - enjoy

Yummmmmm I think I will be swapping the occasional corn thin (won't give them away completely) for a cos leaf instead!! Thanks for the tip AlisonR!!! :wink: :D
