Another version of a "bag" lady is to wear a garbage bag dress!! My friend did this and won the comp.

Pirate - stripy shirt, 3/4 pants (or cut the bottom off an old full length pair), scarf round your head and voila!

Princess - cheap $2 store tiara, glitter galore, shiny dress or skirt and tank top

Cat - black leggings, a stocking tail, black gloves and mock up some ears and draw on whiskers

Geisha - silky dressing gown, socks and thongs and makeup

Rockstar - boofy hair, leather (or fake pants), boots and a fake guitar

Thats all I can think of for now, a theme would help :D

I have three stepkids and we love dressing up  They will put on plays or we will have a "disco" at home, my Stepsons last birthday was a pirate party so of course not only the kids but I had to dress up as well, I am such a child!

Cow girl - (I found this pic on the net)

You could go to a second hand shop to buy a hat,
a pair of jeans and some boots.
Wear a black T-shirt or a checkered shirt with
a red kerchief to tie around your neck.
You could even wear your hair in pigtails or plaits
and get a brown eyebrow pencil to draw some cute freckles on your cheeks if you like.
