I'm just wondering if anyone could tell me how many calories I should be consuming in a day?
Or a website that I can find out from.

Hope that helps.

We say if you are exercising you should consume around 2000 calories per day as you take off your energy output from that.

If you are not exercising that much then you would consume less but it all comes down to your height, weight, and exercise level.

Well processed 500 calories 3 meals a day or else you can make frequent meals but small portions.
