Skipping breakfast is one of the biggest no no's. I don't want to lecture however as your body has been sleeping overnight breakfast will kick start your metabolism.
I know it is hard that hour of the morning but if you pre plan you can have a better breakfast than an up and go. Not putting down the Up and Go's for an occasional filler however you need more nutrition. The key to any meal is to know ahead of time and make sure you have the ingredients.
Some ideas for you:
1. Spend 5 mins cutting up a banana, cup of frozen strawberries, blueberries or raspberries, add some apple juice or OJ and a little bran or wheatgerm. WIzz in you blender, whack it in plastic drink cup and there is your breakfast on the go -
