Is it really helpful to lose weight using weight loss supplements? Or there is only hype about the products

Save your money. Everything you really need can be found in a good healthy balanced diet. Unless you have a medical condition and your doctor prescibes it then forget it.

Sometimes my weight loss regime stops in between without any sort of health consequences. So i am thinking to give a boost to my metabolism using some supplements.

You can do that naturally with a good piece of protein (ie lean quality steak) and some sharp vigorous exercise. That will jump start your metabolism.

Yeah, you can loss weight naturally by using green drink specially made for weight loss and energy boosting. I have been using green drink since last 10 years and never felt overweight.

Losing weight in natural way is healthy. You don't need to use supplement to lose weight but instead determination, perseverance, discipline and focus are factors of losing weight. Well balance diet, regular exercise, meditation and relaxation using ear candles. Depression and anxiety can also lead to weight gain.

Losing weight should be natural way through making permanent changes in your diet and proper exercise plan. Supplements are not safe for losing weight ,many of them have bad effect on health.
