It seems to me that this idea is something that can be transferable to weight loss and may be helpful.
The idea is about how businesses can achieve their aims and goals by understanding the pathway they need to take.
One standard idea is S.O.D.- See it (commit); Own it (plan); Do it (implement).
The one my friend heard about is a bit more comprehensive -
S.O.C.K.
See it (recognise the problem)
Own it (no excuses...understand that change is needed)
Change it (implementing a plan to achieve desired outcome)
Keep it (integrity...being consistent with the plan and desired outcome)
If these steps are followed in weight loss - success won't be too far away.
