Being a formal entomologist (now self styled 'nutritional ecologist') is this a case of:
"one small step for insects - one giant girth for mankind"?

I was listening to the radio today and these guys were doing research on Polynesian culture and dietary habits.
One of the researchers asked an interesting rhetorical question "they know the health implications but change isn't happening".
Its that muscle between the ears that is always the hold out!
