The other day while driving I spied a woman carry a few pounds extra weight jogging in full exercise gear.
This was great to see but what really caught my attention was her five year old cycling behind her on a bike that matched her outfit.
She was making her lifestyle work in the circumstances of her life. 8)

Rather than saying to herself "I can't find time to exercise because I have to look after my five year old",
she found a way to incorporate her child in the activity.
Not only was she finding a way to get her exercise in but she also was making sure her child was active as well.

She also was modelling a healthy lifestyle that her child can follow.! :D

An example not only to her child but indeed to all of us.

Lost: 87kg
Now: keeping it off for life!
