Taking Time Out

Postby Sassygirl » Fri Dec 15, 2006 6:26 pm

Just letting you all know that I am going to be taking a break from attempting to lose weight. My life is in disarray at the moment and I need to focus on my health as opposed to losing kilos. I am at that stage where I have just had enough of everything. Instead of losing weight I am gaining (due to medical condition) and it is making me very depressed. I am also struggling with working full time whilst trying to manage a household of a husband and 2 children 24/7. I just feel that I need to completely "shut myself down" for a while and try to figure out how to get myself out of this hole that I have fallen into. But you have my word that I will be back and I will recommence my weight loss journey - it is just that I have to do this for me otherwise I am not going to be of any use to anyone else. So everyone have a very Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year - and hopefully I will be back and better then ever in 2007. You guys rock
2008 - my year to be great!!

look forward to having you back re-invigorated!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
