Thanks mate! I lost the weight between August and December.....unfortunately I did really well up until Christmas Eve and then I just lost the plot completely and thought with the amount of walking I was doing over the Christmas break it should be able to sustain the truckload of eating I was doing......how very wrong was I!!!! I should have had a smaller truck!!! lol. However I am back to reality now and as from today I will be posting my food diary daily again and I will be kicking back into the exercise again.
I always made the mistake before of gaining weight over Christmas and then just kept piling weight on after as I thought, "oh well I have stuck on 5 kilos might as well throw it all in", but this year I don't feel that way and can't wait to get the excess weight back off again and start heading in the downwards direction again!!
