What is the best online calorie tracker?

I used to write things down on bits of paper, found I would lose them, spill coffee on them etc and thought if I could just jot it down as I go online, it would be much easier. I did try one but it didn't add things up for you and was an american site so all the weights etc were hard to figure out...

I am at a loss as to what to eat though :?

This is the first time in my life I could eat something and not feel guilty and I don't know what to do - a big conundrum lol

oooooooooo I found a packet in the pantry of low fat blueberry muffins that work out to be 132 each :D

I am cooking them now and gonna have them with a cuppa before bed - a bit after the 7pm deadline but loooong before the grazing usually finished around here

That sounds like a good idea Lolly. Did you buy the calorieking software or use the site to work out the cals? I use the software although have not been doing so and will get back on track next week. It became too hard during the xmas naughties so I stopped counting altogether and decided to give myself some time off.

KimE I just did it all online, I can then add stuff when at work - if the boss doesn't catch me lol

The muffins were beeeeeeeeeaaaaautiful straight from the oven. I am just waiting for the rest to cool before I wrap them and freeze them so I can have a nice treat on hand. Luckily we only have one teenager here tonight - or else they would all be gone by now lol

The sure sounded good Lolly and a nice amount of cals too. The low fat muffins I used to get were around 150cals. Good plan freezing the rest for later. :D
