OH Kate are those darn cashews still giving you a hard time mate...might need to send you and Lolly a pair of ear muffs!!! LOL.

Lolly bury those muffins in the freezer where you can't reach them that easy...I don't know about you, but I am a little short a#$e and I get my hubby to put thing in a container in the bottom of the freezer so I can't reach them!!

I use the calorie king software too mate and it is one of the best investments I have made!!

I actually use a spreadsheet I made up on the computer.. cos if I had to count all the kilojoules manually I'd never stick to it :P My spreadsheet has all formulas so that it adds up the kilojoules of the day and tells you how many you have left etc etc.. it's rather cool :D
