Happy 2007 everyone!!![/center]It's the birth of a new year, and (for me) a new beginning, not just another diet, rather a new way of enjoying better food, more activity and most of all, really LIVING!!! :D

Happy New Year everyone. I hope everyone is successful with their resolutions. I look back at this time last year and I am happy to say I did acheive part of my resolution for 2006. It was to lose some weight and I did manage to lose a few kilos. I know I am heaps fitter, which is really the important thing. So I am satisfied with that. This year I would be really happy with losing 5 kilos and if I can do that or more I will be wrapped! Good luck everyone!

Keep Smiling!!!

Happy New Year everyone!!

Glad to hear all had a good night. I went out with a friend to a function at the Melbourne Aquarium. It was a good night of drinking, eating, dancing, and drinking some more! Great views of the fireworks too. I was glad to make it until midnight as last year I was home in bed with a migraine and missed everything :(

Too bad I spent all of new years day in recovery mode with a mangy old hangover... I didn't move a single muscle except to walk between the couch and the pantry. I ate so much, I spent yesterday recovering from my recovery  Errrr.....

Here's to a new year of not eating so much LOL
