yes ive heard about the fistulas - good on ya oprah!!! anywya thats a wonderful idea. :) unfortunately we cant afford to give to every charity :S we already to give to the starlight foundation every month :) but it would be nice to give more :)

i wouldnt buy my chocolate from big w because thats where the rat ran over my foot in the chocolate section  but i know all shops have them but i just dont want to even think about it!

easter is chocolate!! i get bombarded with heaps each year and it mostly gets chucked out. this year my daughter can have some chocolate so it should be interesting!! but if you dont want to ruin your eating habits- ask for egg cups!! yay!!

Don't forget to take get Mick to take any unwanted choccies to work Kate!!! For that matter, we could all donate our unwanted choccies to charities that distribute to families in need!! Another way of giving!!

Hot Cross buns can be fit into a healthy eating program!!! One bun is equivalent to 2 carbos and 1 fruit....depending on the size...the big brumby's ones are equivalent to 3 carbs servings  If you have butter, make sure it is only 1 (measured) teaspoon....It all fits as long as you know your limits!!

Love you sparklies Chinta and Dozzy!!

We don't buy much choccie for the kids at Easter and have never done so.

What I do, is every year the bunny brings new slippers with some little solid eggs in them :D The kids get new slippers and there is generally only enough eggs for the kid - none for me :D
Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....

That is a great idea Lolly!! Practical as winter is coming and they are not stuffing themselves on truck-loads of chocolate

Ally it all started when my oldest son was a baby - he was lactose intolerant and they didn't have any choccies that had no lactose except the solid eggs so we got slippers for him with the eggs and did the same for Bec and the idea stuck :D

I normally just buy a packet of solid eggs and a bilby each for the kids. Every year they have had a bilby for easter. They do a hunt for the solid ones. They get easter eggs only from my mum. My sister and I give each other's kids $5 each normally and they can buy something with the money. Not eggs. And nobody gives me any so I never really have to worry about it. I do love easter eggs tho. But the kids guard their's with a full army!!! Which is going to be a very good thing this year because I am really trying hard to lose it this year!!!
