Are we needing to start a cashew nut support group thread?
I've actually started buying them raw - for a couple of reasons...
1. I saw on the Oprah show (and we all know that Oprah knows everything
) that if you cook nuts then it does some kind of damage to the good fats and makes them a bit bad or something.... didn't really undertand it, but switched to raw anyway. LOL
2. If you eat them raw, it is actually marginally easier to stop after about 10 - 15. Haven't got to 6 or 7 yet, but hey stopping before I've completely made myself ill is still a new achievement, so let's celebrate the small stuff!
