I tried the plan a few months ago and I went through really bad detox, I atually had to take time off work.

I had to stop because my job was more important to me.

I recently started having the shakes again, but only as a meal replacement here and there. I'm not actually following the TF plan.

I had the shakes and thought I had better use them up.

I believe a lifestyle change is better than something like this because you can't live like that forever.

If it helps get rid of bad habits then its a good thing, I reckon. Education on food is as important as anything.
