hey jody i did pelvic floor throughout my pregnancy and afterwards- even with a 3rd degree tear! i vowed to myself that i would do as much as i can to prevent wetting myself! my sister never did the pelvic floor exercises after her first baby and i remember when she used to laugh too much or cough she would pee herself. argh!! i know its common for a lot of women though.

I thought i would never be able to drink all that water! but have found it so much easier with the hot weather and after exercise, the last week or so i have been drinking from 2-3 litres, and to think used to have to push myself to drink 1!

I find it hard to hold on if i really need to pee! like the say, when u've gotta go u've gotta go! Our walks usually lead from our house to the public toilets and then home again lol

I have found in Summer I have no problems drinking enough water. I also think its something you have to get use too, i know when i first started consciously drinking 2 litres a day I was forever going to the loo, now not so much.

The first thing people say to me now though is that my skin is looking a lot Better!

Heard something interesting on the radio this morning, and thought I'd just throw it in here. Apparently, there was a radio contest (not in Australia) where the contestants had to drink a glass of water every 15 minutes, and the winner was the one who could last the longest without going to the toilet. One of the contestants died during the competition from water intoxication

So, be thankful for peeing, it's a good thing!

Yes I have been told by many people it's not good to hold it in. If you gotta go, you gotta go!
